Willaston School enjoys a working partnership with Dhoon School and Laxey School, both located on the Eastern coast of the Isle of Man. Under this arrangement, Willaston School operates differently to most other schools on the Island. Maxim Kelly is the Executive Headteacher at Willaston School, Laxey School and Dhoon School and oversees the planning and strategic operations across the three schools. Beth Lace is the Head of School at Willaston and takes lead in organising and running the school on a daily basis.
