Willaston School

Behaviour values: fair, respect, safe. This is how we do it here.

If you have any concerns, please let us know straight away as we are always happy to help. We welcome any suggestions for improving our service. Be assured that no matter what you want to tell us, our support and respect for you and your child in the school will not be affected in any way. Please tell us of your concern as soon as possible. It is difficult for us to investigate properly an incident or problem which has happened some time ago.

What to do first:

  • Most concerns can be sorted out quickly by speaking with your child’s class teacher. All staff will make every effort to resolve your problem informally.
  • If you still feel your issue has not been resolved, please contact the school office to make an appointment to speak to Mrs Burton (Headteacher) or Mrs Lace (Deputy Headteacher).
  • If we are unable to resolve the problem, then the Department of Education and Children have established appropriate procedures.
